001. THE ART
The first thing you need is a design for your merch! This might be a logo, a stunning artwork or text. Once you have decided on how you want the apparel to look, it’s time to get in contact.
Once we have the artwork, we can start to create a quote for you based on how many pieces you want to print and how many designs you have.
Once the quote is sorted, we begin the preparation and eProof for your approval before we get started.
Top tip!
Make sure to send us a fully expanded vector file (.ai, .pdf, .eps) or if you’re going to send a JPEG or PNG make sure it’s 300dpi!

002. ePROOF FOR YOUR APPROVAL
You’ve got the art sorted, you’ve sent through the info and now it’s time for the most important part of the process- the eProof.
We’ll send you a mock-up of what the design will look like on the shirt for position, dimension, colour, and size. This is your chance to make sure this is exactly what you envisioned for your merch!
Top Tip!
Always triple-check the spelling because once it’s been approved we’re locked in.

003. PRODUCTION
Now this is the part where you leave it in our capable hands. With more than 30 years of screenprinting experience between our operators, you can rest assured that we’ll do the job right.
Our production staff take over from here and whether it be a screen print or DTG print, you’ll have your merch ready for pick up within 7-10 working days. *

004. QUALITY CONTROL
Every item that is printed then goes through a rigorous quality control check to ensure the products are up to our standards. Each item is inspected for colour, curing and quality, guaranteeing you get exactly what you asked for. Our quality control staff have been working in the industry for well over 2 decades and have an eye for detail like no one else.
We take the time to make sure you’ll be happy.

005. FINISHING DETAILS
This is where you get the chance to truly shine because it’s the details that catch people’s eye.
Relabelling
We have a fantastic seamstress who can relabel your garments so seamlessly, you wouldn’t know they weren’t the original.
Folding/Bagging
Folding by hand is a thing of the past, we have the Speedy Tee 2000 meaning we can have it folded and bagged in record time.
All pricing is dependent on the volume of the order. We have a minimum of 50 units for each of these services.
